Q.
How long does the training take? I'm covered up with
work!
A.
Once you understand how to package your information,
customize it for the audience, and deliver it in the
most concise and interesting way, you've got Performance
Power. Because our staff of broadcast journalists
is used to working on deadline, we quickly design
and deliver both one-on-one and group sessions for
our clients, who can then immediately use those communication
skills to get the results they want in national media
campaigns, board presentations, new product roll-outs,
crisis communications, public speaking, regulatory
hearings and more.
Q.
What will my training program include?

your company's requirements, whether you're working

Q.
I've been interviewed before, and I think I hold my
own. Do I really need training?
A.
People often think they can "just wing it" when the
reporter calls, but if they do, it shows---on TV,
over the radio, and in print. If you really want to
leave a positive impression that can grow your business
and sell your message to that incredibly large audience,
you need a game plan that works. Vickie Jenkins Performance
Power teaches you how to bridge back to your message
when the interview wanders, deal with hostile questions
that pop up, and keep the audience interested, entertained
and tuned in! "Holding your own" in an interview is
one thing, but learning how to use that valuable airtime
to make an impact for yourself and your company is
the true secret to success.
Q.
I wish public speaking weren't part of my job. Can
your training relieve my anxiety?
A.
Many
people are anxious about speaking in public, or they
go blank when the boss calls on them in a meeting,
but preparation and relaxation techniques will
make that fear evaporate. The Performance Power program
is designed to help you speak with confidence, because
you learn how to keep your energy level up
and your stress level down. And our presentation techniques
bring you applause every time!
